Shipping
The Fenlan Products Store (www.fenlanproductsstore.co.uk) is based in, and designed to supply the UK.
If you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please contact us for more information before placing an order. We have to consider Laws, Taxes and Delivery Costs for various products supplied to other countries. In each case we retain the right to refuse none UK based orders but will do our best to fulfil such orders.  If accepted, each order will be subject to additional shipping charges which we will inform you of. On acceptance of these charges (by you) we will process the order. Goods will not be sent until payment is received in full. All prices include VAT where applicable. VAT will be deducted at time of process for Liability.

Delivery
Orders that exceed £30 plus VAT will be delivered FREE of charge to the UK mainland accepting Northern Scotland (an extra charge is applied by our usual delivery company). For all orders below £30 plus VAT our standard service delivery charges will apply of £4.50 plus any area charges. The majority of our shipments will require a signature on receipt. We cannot accept orders for deliveries to PO Boxes.
If your item is in stock we will send goods usually within 3 working days, in most cases this will be the next working day. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email or telephone that your item is out of stock and has been placed on ‘Back Order’. At this stage if you prefer not to wait, you will be given the option to cancel the item and a refund will be put into operation via World Pay / Streamline.

Delivery Notification
Our delivery provider (via us) can let you know when your parcel is to be delivered via a text message or an e-mail.  We will operate the e-mail method if not stated otherwise. (We will need the relevant mobile phone number).

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations Policy
Damage/Wrong Products:-    When your order arrives it must be checked for damage, missing items or the wrong product supplied. Please contact us (info@fenlanproductsstore.co.uk) with your claim for replacement or refund within two working days as we reserve the right to refuse such claims after that time. Time and date of delivery are recorded with our delivery service. Please return the unwanted or damaged items to Fenlan For Furniture Ltd 17b Stilebrook Road Olney Bucks MK46 5EA at your expense which we will refund if a mistake was made on our part. Please do this within seven working days for us to process your claim. We recommend goods are sent back on a recorded insured delivery service and packaged in an adequate manner as we cannot be liable for their loss or damage whilst in transit. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Returns:-    If within two days of receipt of your delivery you are unhappy with your purchase we will issue you with a credit on your account on receipt of the un-damaged goods. We reserve the right to refuse such claims after that time. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of delivery will need to be covered by you. You must inform us by email sales@fenlanproductsstore of all returned goods prior to their dispatch to us, giving reason for their return.

Payment & Promotions
We require full payment at the time we receive your order in all cases where the product is ready for dispatch. The price you pay is the price displayed in the website-shopping basket at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payments on the website are made by ‘World Pay’. All Card details are entered on a SSL protected server. Card and Personal information is then encrypted. Any credit card details are sent directly to World Pay and are not stored anywhere on the site.

You will become the owner of the goods once delivered to you. Once delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with the use and storage of the products. Prior to using the purchaser agrees to take all responsibility to read, understand and abide by all instructions and labelling supplied by the manufacturers on products purchased. You accept on purchase that we cannot be held liable for any claim for loss, injury or compensation for inappropriate use, failure to read and abide by the manufactures instruction or failure of the product itself. In cases of failure of the product other than your Statutory Rights you agree all liabilities pass to the Manufacturer of the item.
